《total eclipse of heart 》歌曲选自邦妮83年的专辑《Faster Than The Speed Of Night》，歌曲从开始的缓慢、平稳进而慢慢加快节奏，力量也逐渐增强，歌声中有些落寞、有些无奈，也有些隐忍和执著。特别是在中间的部份Bonnie Tyler那别具情感爆发力的唱腔，让这首歌气势磅礴又哀柔凄美！到最后情感如火山爆发达至疯狂境界，但结尾却一转回复平静。心之蚀谓之心之不全，似如蝼蚁啮噬，命运不能完全由自己掌控的无奈，完全呈现在听者面前。歌曲曾多次在影视中演唱，例如美剧glee和电影《小屁孩日记》。
